1. Golden Goal season 2009/2010 will start from the first Premiership weekend until the last

2. You can register via our sign_up form at any time during the season, as their are no prizes

3. Only one entry per person may be submitted in the FREE competition.

4. You must choose either a Home, Away or Draw for each match stated on the Prediction Sheet

5. You must predict the score for each match stated on the Prediction Sheet. The score must be in sequence with the result. Therefore, if you predict an away win for instance, it should look like this: 0-2, and not Away 2-0.

6. Each match must also be allocated a priority number. For each correct Home, Away or Draw prediction you will receive the number of your priority point against that particular game. If you also manage to correctly predict the score as well your score will be doubled

7. You can only use each priority point once in a given week. All priority points listed 11-1 must be used on each prediction Sheet, but can be used in any order.

8. The total points will be decided after the end of each match. If you are asked to predict a match that may go into extra-time and penalties, the allocation of points will be determined on the score at the end of the 120 minutes, not penalties.

9. We decide the fixtures for each Prediction Sheet.

10. If a match is postponed due to weather conditions, this match will be cancelled from our prediction sheet and no points will be allocated

11. All prediction sheets must be completed and submitted by 11.00am on a Saturday.

12. If you miss a week you are not disqualified, and can still continue

13. If our automatic Prediction Sheet Submission Form is not working, please ensure that you send your predictions using E-mail to any of our addresses. Whilst we will do everything to make sure this does not happen, it is down to yourselves to ensure that your predictions are received by the stated deadline

14. If prediction sheets are incorrectly submitted and the priority points are listed as 11 against each match, we will amend your selections and change the priority points starting with 11 as the first match down to one for the last match. If you double up on any priority points we will make an assumption, so that your prediction is accepted.

15. It is your responsibility to make sure you correctly fill out the form, so any changes made by us to your selections are final and are not subject to debate. Make sure you understand and follow the rules.

18. Golden Goal do not accept liability for invalid entries. Proof of transmission of an entry shall not be proof of receipt or acceptance of an entry.

20. Golden Goal do not accept liability for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions which may limit or prohibit ability to participate in the Competition.

21. All players agree to allow the free use of their names on our web site

22. Golden Goal reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry which in its opinion does not comply with the Rules or which contravenes the spirit of the Competition. Golden Goal reserves the right to amend and/or waive these Rules or any part thereof at any time and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Golden Goal as a result thereof, and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any entrant. It is a condition of entry of the Competition that these Rules and the Competition scoring rules and the latest promotional and explanatory copy which forms part of these Rules are accepted as binding and that the entrant agrees to abide by these Rules

23. Golden Goal reserves the right to modify these Rules and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the member to keep current with changes in the Rules and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to ALL registered members.
